Tell Karen, to just fuck off! Nothing to it. I live in an HOA community, and it is a huge pain in the I’m sorry I couldn’t understand you with Donald trump’s dck shirt in contrast I will get this butt. Never again! So Karen is actually broke and needs to fund her MLM by hawking a bunch of her personal crap. The garage sale mandate is just a screen to hide this fact . Do the HOA’s bylaws even provide for/require this? Someone probably already said this, but check your lease. It’s hard to imagine they snuck in required garage sales. If it’s not on the lease, they can’t force you. Never understood why people “buy” a house in a neighborhood with an hoa… How do you own it if someone else tells you what you can and can’t do with it? I would never live someplace with an HOA (they’re always shitty McMansions in subdivisions anyway) but if I did, I would pull out the bylaws and note there’s no compulsory garage sale. My MIL condo has a HOA, for 2 years I stayed with her Monday through Friday (I was working 75 miles from home, so I would drive up Monday morning, do my route, go to her condo, take a nap, go back & do my midday run, back for nap & then go back in the afternoon to do my take home run & Friday evening I would go home) MIL condo is 2 stories with a double car garage, she parked inside 1 side & I would back in front of the other garage door. This is a duplex condo, the neighbor called the HOA & told them that I was parking in front of HER garage door not MIL’s. I started snapping photos every time I parked (because I parked under MIL’s address on the building) and I started sending them to the HOA myself, I’ve never parked on that woman’s side.

My husband & my house is 1 of 2 on our street that isn’t part of the I’m sorry I couldn’t understand you with Donald trump’s dck shirt in contrast I will get this HOA, yes they’ve have tried to fine us for stuff. I once told the old cow to get off our property & never come back. We’re not part of their stupid HOA & never will be. Have a sale. Put some good stuff out there. Set incredibly high prices, like 500 times of what the real price should be. Score I would listen to the Karen, I would look at my signed HOA contract, if it does not state specifically I must have a garage sale and give them any portion. I would if it it, when she sends it again, just ask for a copy of the approved and signed copy of MY HOA contract and please highlight the location you are referencing. If she keeps going it’s harassment and have an attorney send a letter. It’s. Clear the members in the community have attorneys on retainer anyway. In the case you have to go through this, I would grossly overcharge for everything. Like a 700% increase in price. Or more, can’t be too safe.
