I calculated the I’m Not Arguing I’m Explaining Why I’m Right Black Cat Coffee Vintage T-Shirt besides I will buy this net difference for my city and state and it comes to about 50k more net a year from 130k compared to 200k. This right here! Thanks for your comment! I always think time is the most valuable asset anyone has, and it is a lot more valuable than money. Life is to be experienced in many different facets. Working is one, but not the only thing in life that is important. Feel free to share your thoughts! Thanks again! In addition to this, keep in mind that your physical and mental health could be significantly different between working 40 hours a week vs 60 hours a week and there can be a long-term health effect from the stress of working 50% more. That has been a phrase I have used my entire life. Time is the most valuable asset. Same head space. That’s just me. This is accurate. Lots of golf and dinners / lunches getting expensed. 20 hours may be a bit light, but depends on if you count golf / dinners / lunch. Lots of money to be made in B2B sales. Don’t have to be the smartest either. Seen a lot of average folk making good money. I’m ~$250k total compensation (170k base) with good work life balance. I’m an upper level scientist at a midsize biotech. There were lots of poor years with shitty work life balance to get here
