You guys are missing the I’m a DHL girl it’s fine everything is fine mickey mouse shirt it is in the first place but big picture. Profits are through the ROOF! The shareholders are seeing very high returns on their investments. Keep up the good work. My condolences, I worked in Walmart in college. I had a coworker named Russel. He was a aging man in his 60’s and had lived a full life, talked about work as private security, taught me arm bars, and gavr me a old hawaain weed pipe (and i helped him find some after 20+ years) He was diagnosed with diabetes, his foot turned black first. Unfortunatly, he then decided to end his fight. My co-worker, a very long-time employee who had lots of company stock and was rich because of it, died 2 months after she finally retired. I got out of the rat race at age 52 from the same company. Retired, sold my house, moved to my former rental property, and living the rest of my life never having to work again. I have had several co-workers die. One died in her 30’s of a brain aneurism at work. Another in his 40’s died of a heart attack driving home in the middle of the night after working late. Never know when your time will come.

Its amazing how many people in the I’m a DHL girl it’s fine everything is fine mickey mouse shirt it is in the first place but older generations that retire then go back to work. Retiring is like my ultimate goal in life. Yeah well that’s the sad reality of life:Some will never even REACH retirement let alone enjoy it,and even if they DO reach it who knows if they’ll be mentally and physically capable of enjoying it(due to illnesses, broken bones, tumours, cancer, leukemia etc). I feel for you OP. My old boss, who fought for me to be hired in addition to another new hire, died at 62, four years before retirement. He used to commute back to Herefordshire on Monday mornings and back again on Thursday evenings. He had a separate property that he was doing up so that he could turn it into a B&B when he was done working. He was a veggie, fit and was super sweet and kind. I loved working with him. We got into work one morning, taken into a room and got told he dropped down dead the Sunday night. I went to his funeral and saw his elderly parents touching his coffin (a wicker one that was environmentally friendly) and one of our directors gave a eulogy. I remember looking out onto the beautiful English Hill and thinking just how unfair it was. He did everything right – worked hard, diligently and paid it forward. His reward was an early death and no time to enjoy the fruits of his labour.
