Happily married but after having our first kids it honestly amazes me my wife was willing to ever let me touch her again much less have a second. Hats off to you ladies because I don’t think most men would do it. I’d like to think I’m tough enough but I’m not sure that’s anything more than hot air. Did she read genesis??? Like genesis 3:16 When, ya know, the apple got eaten and god decided to make childbirth very painful???? Oh, she will be screaming “epidural” at first real contraction… My wife and I still laugh about our first “birthing plan” we prepared and remember the Nurse’s face when she glanced over it 🙂

Funny, menstruation never seemed to be any walk in the I’m a costco girl it’s fine everything is fine cat shirt in other words I will buy this park. Pretty delusional to think child birth wouldn’t be far more painful. Pretty sure there’s a pretty important part she forgot to read where God got pushed Eve was seduced by the serpent and told her from then on out it was gonna be a bitch giving birth. What would really convince her is if she had the kind of labour I had the second time – no pain during labour at all. I had contractions. My body was working but there was no cramping. No doctor/nurse even asked me. They just assumed I was hurting I guess. They did wonder about my apparent calm. (It went very fast. I realized at 5 that I might be in labour and had twins an hour and a half later.) I’ve only heard of one other person this happened to. She also had twins. I had my second at home and it was not pain free, but definitely the far better experience (for me)- it’s going to be different for everyone.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
