Okay since I’m getting down voted let me also state the If my horse doesn’t like you neither do shirt also I will do this expectation wasn’t 15-20% but if each person gave $2-$5 it goes a long way! Screw this take. As a bartender who was responsible for to go orders in my restaurant, it’s not as simple as it seems. You have to go to the kitchen, make sure everything is correct before bagging it, make sure modifications are right, sides are right, etc, make sure condiments are included, silverware, the whole nine. It’s not bagging food like in a McDonald’s. It’s still work and part of the job, and yeah, when you’re making $2.13 and surviving on tips, every dollar matters. Should I tip if i don’t want the tomato on a Wendy’s hamburger too? God, I’ll never understand the food service hierarchies. Your employer needs to pay you better. It is the employer’s fault for being a greedy bastard, and they are using tip culture to continue paying you a shit wage. The employer is getting fat off of your labor and not compensating you right.

If my horse doesn’t like you neither do shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

A local convenience store has a food counter. You pay at the If my horse doesn’t like you neither do shirt also I will do this register. Even if you don’t order food, they turn the screen around where you have skip the tip in order to be able to pay. They expect you to tip for scanning your pop and bottle of wine. tips are for people who make less than min wage, or who go way above and beyond the call of duty. fully paid employees are not eligible for tips. It’s just a donation from you to them. I’ve always tipped a few bucks for takeout, i feel thats more than enough to carry a bag and ring up a sale… if they even do that There is absolutely an escape, stop going to shitty places for food such as the establishment you visited. Simple and effective. Leave your comment on their good review page.
