I’ve heard similar things about Geneva, NY. Since they stopped production in the 1990s, if you have lived there since then I would hope the incident rate of volatile iodine has greatly reduced.

That being said, I have no idea what sort of quantity of I-129 is in the I Survived Barbenheimer 2023 T-Shirt but in fact I love this area and what % increase they were measuring as I haven’t read into this specific paper.
