it’s like no one read thw article. if you read the I Run Better Than The Government Shirt and I will buy this article, it outlines that the union went on strike during the work day intentionally sabotaging product that would now be tossed out. had the union started the strike when the company was not operating like at the beginning of the workday then it wouldnt be considered sabotage. people need to go into the articles and read whats being said. unions are allowed to strike but can be held liable if they cause harm, not losses due to failure to work but losses due to stopping work half way and being responsible for waste. bad the employees completed their routs for the day, they could have easily started the strike at the end of the shift and wouldnt be held liable.

Too bad, they shouldn’t have to continue to work for their employers under shitty work conditions so their employers don’t suffer from losses. Now workers will just continue to strike until employers don’t hold workers liable, problem solved for the I Run Better Than The Government Shirt and I will buy this workers. I read the article and I don’t give a fuck that some concrete dried. Keep lapping at that boot, insect. Anything to rationalise a greedy fuckstick corporation forcing people to work and being jerked off by the fucking Inferior Court for it. Whelp, in for a penny, in for a pound, if strikes are illegal anyway might as well double down and do some actual sabotage and destruction. If asking politely doesn’t work then become impolite. More accurate title: Supreme Court gives corporations the ability to bend their workers over and fuck them over the coals I am pretty sure someone will extend this to leaving a job with insufficient notice. Companies can fire you without notice but you have to ensure the company doesn’t suffer when you quit without notice. Hold on, the strike was a bit extreme if you ask me. The cement truck drivers decided to strike directly after having all their trucks filled with concrete. That’s a whole lot of damage they caused. It’s the equivalent of an airline pilots strike mid air! This is bullshit, sabotage and destruction are never part of striking, that’s a riot. Unions don’t strike to destroy other people’s property, we fight to protect our property.
