A lot of commenters here aren’t recognizing that the I Am Stronger Than My Darkest Days San Francisco 49ers Football Shirt Apart from…,I will love this words ‘Sabotage’ and ‘Destruction’ are in quotes in the headline because no sabotage or destruction was actually committed by the workers in this case. What they did is just being mischaracterized as that. Read the article. They just returned their cement trucks to the company parking lot and walked off the job. That’s all. They even made sure the tubs were left spinning so the cement wouldn’t set and management would have as much time as possible to deal with them. TLDR: Putting a word in quotes often means the writer is saying that word doesn’t really apply to the situation. So Unions have effectively become worthless? Awesome so they aren’t even trying to hide their fuck you American Citizens mentality. Striking is the civil option, as opposed to burning it to the ground. But sure, let’s make the civil option illegal. It will surely bode well for this nation.

I remember teamsters voting for Ronnie back in the I Am Stronger Than My Darkest Days San Francisco 49ers Football Shirt Apart from…,I will love this 80’s. The chickens have come home to roost. The GOP wants to snuff out unions in fact old Ronnie fucked PATCO & the GOP named an airport after him. They are gunning for social security and Medicare next. Then ruling reiterates that striking is fine and protected. You just can’t use it to go out of your way to physically damage employer property. Pretty soon they are going to sanction a Maximum Wage law (i.e, making it illegal for employers to pay MORE than say, 7 dollars an hour). I’m very pro-union, but this does sound like intentional destruction. Usually my unions will give notice to strike and the work stoppage is known in advance. So safety issues and damages can be averted. The company still suffers huge losses from lost production, but it’s reasonable. Imagine teachers leaving in the middle of the work day with students in the class, or nuclear operators leaving a running plant. It’s reasonable that notice is given so that things can quickly and reasonably be shutdown and people diverted.
