My brother is quite different. We live in a very sparse province in Canada, as in very few people. So my brother feels quite okay to shoot any cats that go through his yard. Throughout our years together, we have fought and fought about this. I won’t go into detail, but I make sure they are dispatched quickly and with respect before going into the pot. I grew up on the ocean and this is how I was taught to do it. I don’t know why would I eat that shit it’s so much work to get the meat out with no bullshit. Literally any other type of meat is 100 times better I’ve been limiting my animal intake for the past few months. I don’t feel the same when I eat chicken or burgers now. I see the whole live chicken and a grazing cow in my mind. It just feels so wrong.

It’s barbaric and 100% cruel – and I’d like any chef that does this to animals to fall into a boiling spring in Yellowstone.
