Not always of course but they tend to be more educated. That education spills over into all areas of life including living a healthy lifestyle. Rich people can afford to eat good, nutritionally-dense food instead of cheap overprocessed crap that leaves you hungry despite being high-calorie because it’s not very nutritious. Rich people have houses with space for personal pools and weight rooms, significantly lowering the I Am not Clumsy just the floor hates me the chair and tables are bullies shirt but in fact I love this startup-effort cost of exercise and eliminating the downsides of using public gyms (strangers who didn’t wipe off the bench after sweating all over it, weird gym bros who don’t mind their business, etc), and can hire personal trainers easily. And rich people can afford expensive weight-loss assistance options including surgeries, and care a lot about “keeping up appearances”, so they put pressure on themselves and their kids to stay thin.

Are you from the I Am not Clumsy just the floor hates me the chair and tables are bullies shirt but in fact I love this USA by any chance. THere are almost no really obese people in Europe and the minority here have private pools or weight rooms. Google says you are wrong. Two thirds of men (67%) and half of women (53%) in Germany are overweight. A quarter of adults (23% of men and 24% of women) are seriously overweight (obese). Overweight and obesity are contributing factors to many health issues and can encourage the development of chronic diseases. I was working at one of Germany wealthiest families as a housekeeper when i first moved here, and i personally met some very famous people thru them like Ursula Vor der Leyen, Markus Soder, princess of Jordanien, Andreas Gabalier etc. And what i can tell you, the Princess was fat, she loves to eat and she loved the food, Soder is also overweight, and the rest, they were most of them on a diet, like no processed meat, no meat, high vegetarian/vegan. Some are overweight but mostly those that are self made, the one born in the wealth are kind of a different breed. For ex this family where i worked had 2 little offsprings, they were 3and 5 when i got there, and even the smaller one was eating for lunch a salad, and they knew they were not allowed high fat dressing like what had mayonnaise in it only high quality olive oil and some balsamic vinegar salt pepper. They never had McDonald’s or any other kind of fast food like french fries, and they were starved if they refused to eat, to the point where we(me and other colleagues) catched the little one eating the dog food. I do not lie, she was so hungry and her mother told her you don’t have what we eat you have no food, and she had some dried dog food. When we offerd her to make a sandwich she told me bread will make her fat(se was 4). Same idea, if they had dinner at 6pm and the children asked for something afterwards they were told they will get fat and they should not eat past 6pm, and they had 1 orange split in 2, and they called it a night. This was when they got lucky. Also their fridge was EMPTY. Almost all of the time. Some vegetables maybe a bit of fruit, and that was all. What they had, they always had it fresh, and never had leftovers, those were for us the employees. So this lifestyle, that the mother was constantly on a diet was passed to the children now they are much bigger, both very thin, they survived on light and air like a houseplant, but they are extremely conscious about what they eat, when they eat and how they have it. Their favourite meal is sushi and steak. And they will not have a lot at a time, and almost 0 sugar intake. For ex those girls never had soda or any other juice except for fresh orange juice on the holidays or sometimes tea. So from what i saw, just because they are thiner, i believe doesn’t mean it is healthier, but they do have much better possibilities, like a private chef cooking for them, only grass fed beef, bio organic stuff, they weren’t using oil, never ate anything fried in oil, never had cold cuts, and never had white flour/gluten, something that us, normal regular working people will never (or rearly) have access to.
