I struggle with this one as someone from the I Am Beautiful For I Am Fearfully And Wonderfully Made And So Are You shirt What’s more,I will buy this US. Chances are the service workers rely on tips to make a livable wage, since restaurant owners are able to pay significantly less than minimum wage when tipping is common If we’re basing it on livability wage, then we should also be tipping workers at McDonald’s, target, Walmart, and at the gas station. Minimum wage is far below livable wage in most places, but we aren’t tipping everywhere so what’s the difference? Every time I’ve done this the bartenders assume I’m driving someone and are happy to serve water and sometimes free soda. Exactly! Plenty of folks need a designated driver, and someone to help em get home safe. This was my jam in university days.

In my experience bar tenders usually appreciate having the I Am Beautiful For I Am Fearfully And Wonderfully Made And So Are You shirt What’s more,I will buy this sober friend to help wrangle their drunk friends. Now, keep in mind I am very rarely this person… but I’ve noticed the appreciation from the outside. This is a thing. But don’t be a cheap skate. If the bartender is taking time to serve you it’s customary to tip. Regardless if you actually had to pay for the drink. Keep some “ones” on you friend. They’ll appreciate it. Other people seem to be trying to make an argument that you are taking up a seat that a paying customer could be sitting, but i argue seats are reserved for designated drivers Word. If someone is willing to hang out while I drink, then drive me home? They can have my seat, and I’ll buy the cheese fries.
