I have lived in the How The Grinch Stole Christmas Santas Sleighers 2023 shirt Besides,I will do this city in PGs, with flatmates whom I know, with flatmates who are strangers, in 1RK and in 1BHK, I personally find it peaceful to live by myself. Whenever I stayed with others there were many compromises and differences arose True that sometimes one would feel lonely staying by yourself, I still prefer that than have regular arguments with flatmates. You can have a good social life by hanging out or inviting colleagues, neighbours, friends from meetups, WhatsApp groups, etc., to your place. More freedom, IMO. It might just be me, but speaking from experience, I think your friend is being extra cautious, and realistically I don’t think there’s something objectionable as long as you both meet and decide if you wanna be flatmates.

You should take your friends advice. Even if there is a 1% chance that things might go wrong then why take the How The Grinch Stole Christmas Santas Sleighers 2023 shirt Besides,I will do this risk. In this case the reward is not worth the risk. You only take risk when the reward is worth taking the risk. There will be other flats. A home is where you relax, if in that flat you will have to unnecessarily worry how is it worth it. Technically this is a great thing, look beyond the Gender, but in reality you will never be able to defend yourself if ever needed to defend yourself for not being a pervert. Eg, sitting in the living room manspreading or subconsciously scratching balls, would that account for suggestive or indecent behaviour and many awkward situations. Applies to both men, women and all genders. What your friend is saying is a valid concern and it applies to all people irrespective of gender. Even men can get pissed at little things. Just make the rules for common areas and it shouldn’t be too difficult. I’m a bit of a cleanliness freak so i always asked flatmates to pay attention to the kitchen and made sure everyone cleaned up after themselves. Shouldn’t be much of an issue. I mean with rent conditions so bad, you cannot be rejecting good places when you find it. So, establish ground rules beforehand and it shouldn’t be a problem.
