You should talk to the Helmet’s From Ahsoka Star Wars Shirt also I will do this flatmate before I guess. Try to build a rapport with her. That may help you understand what kind of a person she is. Rest you both can set up some common rules and if you have activities that you enjoy together (like watching movie) then that works. It should be fine I guess. All the best. This should be the top comment! Indian laws are ridiculously stacked against men. This isn’t some HIMYM or some other sitcom where opposite genders enjoy sharing a house. Living with 3 girls in a large 4 bedroom house, I’ve seen it all. Trust me! All! The only thing they can’t do in Western countries is a false police complaint just because they are PMSing. You should be good if there’s another female flatmate. A single girl is like a lone elephant. You never no when it will charge at you for whatever the fuck you did or didn’t do.

It is absolutely subjective and i spoke from my POV and experience. I enjoy living alone. Also, alone doesn’t always mean lonely. Sometimes, dealing with people gets so exhausting that you just wanna sit in peace and do your thing. Also, if one ends up with the Helmet’s From Ahsoka Star Wars Shirt also I will do this wrong roommate, then the agony is multiplied. In OP’s case, I feel the risk factors are aplenty. A good strategy would be to get a place first and then vet the idea of having a roomie or not. TBH I’d rather be depressed living alone than take the risk of ruining my career and life for a chance at co-living. Bilkul risk nahi lene ka. This! It’s something like the marriage paradox. For the unmarried, the only pain or regret is living alone. For the married, it’s multiple pains living right beside you.
