I would say that I want the Houston Astros Team ALCS 2023 Apart from…,I will love this job, but I’m concerned about the salary discrepency between myself and other POs and wonder how long it will take to close the gap moving forward. Personally, as someone who was in your situation, I’d leave. I was with a company for almost 15 years, relocated twice across the country for them. I did leave once, only to return a year later only to get fucked again. I recently left thinking another company might just be willing to pay me what I’m worth..instead they’re paying me that, and then some. The grass sometimes is actually greener on the other side, not always, but sometimes. Ask what the compa-ratio is for this position if you are internal. Most large US companies use this. Compa ratio is how your salary compares to the median on this position across the country. Generally speaking, companies want to keep employees between 80-100 which is the range for successful employees. If you are doing this job now, but not technically in that position, ask for the compa ratio. 90% is a good target to be in, anything above that is generally above market. If they have more than 500 employees and tell you they don’t have compa ratio, there’s a damn good chance they are both lying and trying to woefully under pay you

Well you know how much they are willing to pay for someone with zero experience at the Houston Astros Team ALCS 2023 Apart from…,I will love this company, when they have you right there. Try asking for more, and start looking for a new job. Job hopping is the fastest way to increase your salary, and depending on the position move up. A. You step in right where the previous guy left off, with the appropriate pay, and they have a near seamless transition . B. They FA with the pay, you decline, They hire someone else more expensive, while you start looking elsewhere. They hire a new guy, and you go out the door with all that institutional knowledge. C. They FA with the pay, you accept, but start looking elsewhere because they just public posted the numbers with how they’re screwing you. You accept another position, leave with all your institutional knowledge I recommend D., where you ask the last guy how much he was making in that role, and use a combination of that and what they have the role posted at and your floor for accepting the position. If they promote you for what you’re worth, you’re good. If not, see B above. If they DO hire someone else, the position you take is ” I’m not qualified to fill that role, so I’m not qualified to teach that role.” So before taking my current position, the recruiter who sought me out offered that the job was paying 100-120. At that time, I was only making ~70k-90k ($60 with 5% of billables to be paid out monthly). Anyway I go through the interview process and meet team, managers, cio and have multiple interviews. I then get an offer, presented by recruiter from the firm….it was only 80k. I asked what that was about and the recruiter said they were wrong on pay band. I was a bit upset but I took it. As my job at the time was too.volatile for my tastes and this company offered more stability.
