Once I got in I did learn, in time, that I was grossly underpaid compared to others in the Houston Astros Mascot ALCS 2023 Shirt also I will do this dept, but I was quickly brought in line with them, about 2 years. 3 years in I started getting bumped into 120+ range…then about 4 years in I found a new job….at even higher pay band. Anyway, I’d say get your job title, kill that work, and if they value you then it’ll pan out (a few years of 15% raises gets you caught up real quick). If not, find another job paying it, leveraging that newly acquired title/experience. Ask if you can get to the bottom end of the salary band in 2 times. Now and end of year or 6 months provided you are on track. I did the same as you – backfilled my manager’s position who left several months before I did, and took on those responsibilities. Argued for a raise the whole time, they kept saying it was in the works. Got delayed another quarter. They 100% needed the work done, though.

Interviewed elsewhere and got offered a new position with a 40%+ bump that covered the Houston Astros Mascot ALCS 2023 Shirt also I will do this extra work I was proving to be able to do. They suddenly had the budget to give me a raise…. but it would just be a 15% bump, same as you, because ultimately that’s what they were willing to pay me for. Was almost offensive cause they were a FAANG and had the money haha! Anyways, left and haven’t looked back. Highly recommend the same to you. Companies will love to pay you as cheaply as possible every time you let them. That is probably what it is but there is no harm in respectfully showing them the job description you saw and say you’d be happy to accept the job if it can be in the salary range listed for the position. I was a beginner/entry level 0 experience PO for a short while, and started at 100K, I’m not sure why you’re even still there
