I’ve got this and it’s brilliant for getting the Herb Jones New Orleans Stripes American professional basketball player T-Shirt in addition I really love this kids to make you a cuppa so they don’t have to lift the kettle! I also recommended it for my MIL who has arthritis in her wrists. I still have a main kettle for boiling water for the mop bucket and pasta though. I have a normal kettle in the kitchen, but the hotcup is a great addition to the bedroom for the morning beverage. Unless you usually making 3+ cups at a time, having a built in water filter in both the kettle and hotcup is a great quality of life feature, too. We have the same kettle, which is great but DON’T put it near anything that’s too hot. We had our air fryer out with it tucked behind it one time (have to store air fryer above fridge freezer as our kitchen doesn’t have enough surface space to keep out) and it melted some of the design on the kettle so it went a bit gooey

My partner and I bought one for her brother (they’re yanks) and it was only 1100w. It took 7 minutes to boil 500ml of water. Walmart were confused as to why I was returning it (after asking what it was)… Nobody has time for that sort of waiting around! Yeah they have 110v electricity so even a 3kw kettle should be a fair bit slower there (I believe any kettle there will take 2x longer than it would here, not sure on the Herb Jones New Orleans Stripes American professional basketball player T-Shirt in addition I really love this maths though) I’ve a Russel Hobbs that’s be banging out boiling for 10 years and still looks the pits – was only £25 too, so they’re a good finger Morphy Richards Buckingham kettle. It has a wee blue ring-light on the base which looks cool when you get up to make midnight tea.
