I don’t. But it must be 3000 calories. So in terms of bang for your buck it’s good. I have no idea what it’s meant to be. It’s like if someone asked a AI to create a picture all the Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival Red Hot Chili Peppers Veterans Park Milwaukee WI July 25-28 2024 Shirt so you should to go to store and get this takeaway food you see on the floor after a night out The trick is to be lactose intolerant, then it’s out of your system nice and quick and you feel light as a feather afterwards. I’m definitely not lactose intolerant but this would still shoot through me like diesel out of a high pressure fuel line driven injector. I can eat a 900g pot of yoghurt in one sitting and have no ill effects. It’s fatty or greasy foods that do it to me – give me fried eggs and I’ll be shitting out aerosol within the half hour. That’s possibly the gastrocolic reflex. Yours is likely a bit overactive to fatty food. I get the same if I’m eating fatty, liquidy stuff like gravy. I love gravy. That’s interesting and on googling that I think you’re right. Congratulations on giving me a more detailed and useful piece of information about this than the gp I saw who to paraphrase basically said “probably ibs lol” They go hand in hand. It’s very exacerbated with IBS. IBS isn’t something that can be diagnosed and is more considered to be like a group of allergies. It can be different for different people, and fatty or greasy foods is a huge culprit. Yeah I read that about gastrocolic reflex and I realise that IBS isn’t something that can be precisely diagnosed, but that’s kind of my point. You go to the doctors with a consistent stomach issue these days and you’re lucky if they do any kind of tests or make any significant effort towards diagnosis. The umbrella “IBS” term is an easy pigeon hole to chuck every and all stomach issue unless you’re shitting blood at which point they start trying a bit harder – “oh shit he might actually die, should probably do something”

That is very interesting, though I’m also fine with large quantities of milk and non-oily cheese e.g. an entire baked camembert is no problem, neither is an italian style margharita pizza. I had wondered about lactose intolerance for a while but eventually ruled it out after observing no ill effects from consuming copious amounts of numerous types of dairy. Tbh it’s more oil than fat that does it. I had mine removed earlier this year. It was barely functioning anyway because of two large stones, so it was like living without one for the Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival Red Hot Chili Peppers Veterans Park Milwaukee WI July 25-28 2024 Shirt so you should to go to store and get this past 15 years. I was having abdominal surgery already so the surgeon just took it out. Maybe OP was the colleague of that other poster who conducted a work call on the shitter. Guess know we know why! Looks pre-grated too. Nice to have a bit of sawdust with your cheesy chips. To be fair with the fibre content it’s the healthiest part of this.
