As a comedy option, you can counter offer by saying they can start paying you manager wages now, and you’ll see how they do with that while you decide if you want to start being a manager later on. But realistically, if you do want the Hanka Precision Instruments Shirt Additionally,I will love this role, you should just tell them that you aren’t interested in doing the new position for a trial period, and that if your work so far hasn’t inspired enough confidence for them to offer you the job outright then they should find someone else. I’d get everything in writing before you even lift a finger to do ANY extra work. Set a time frame. I’ll do it for 3 maybe months then you get the increase. Or just tell them that you are comfortable NOW
