Which is why most other countries have better police forces that knows how to deescalate and maintain order rather than pump out chads with a Napoleon complex Except for the 1% of the time when they actually have to apprehend violent criminals and are incentivized to shoot them because they are too out of shape to do anything else. Or they have to waste public resources and call over like 10 other cops to dog pile someone because they can’t hold a single person down themselves. Everywhere else probably actuallh does hold their police accountable for things, minus places that are totalitarian, authoritarian etc
