I only worked the Grinch Hat Santa Car Jeep Grandma Like A REgular Grandma But Cooler Merry Christmas Shirt Apart from…,I will love this night shift when we lost an hour so I got payed extra for working only 7 hours. It was great. When i worked a night shift at my manufacturing job, we were told to leave an hour early. that way, the company doesnt have to change our paycheck. only the supervisor stayed on for 1st shift to start. When I worked overnights, my usual shift would be (for example) 10 to 6:30. On fallback night, I would end up actually working eight hours but clocking out at 5:30 by the clock – and the manager would adjust the punch records to make sure I got paid for 8 hours, not 7. On leap forward night, I’d end up working until 7:30, but again the manager would adjust the punch records so I got paid for 8 hours, not 9.

I’ve been burned by this on both go rounds. Was working overnight 12-8 at a rehab when they went back. Was mostly just mad. No one really knew what to do so I put on my timesheet that I worked 12-8 totaling 9 hours. Then I worked the Grinch Hat Santa Car Jeep Grandma Like A REgular Grandma But Cooler Merry Christmas Shirt Apart from…,I will love this same shift when they moved forward and I was very excited as it would mean I only work 7 hours . That would have been the case had the person coming to relieve me bothered to set her clock correctly . So I put that I worked 12-9 totaling 9 hours. Not sure what the actual laws are regarding this but that’s what I did and no one challenged it. I was a bar back once upon a time. You watch the clock go back and everyone gets an extra hour of drinking and you get an extra hour of work
