And how dare you only finish 499 out of 500 things by yourself, when a coworker gets -10 things done out of 500 and gets to coast. Believe me, I get it. We don’t even get asked questions about the Grich Christmas The Eras Tour Shirt in other words I will buy this future or get reviews. And the store’s overstaffed, doncha know? (Heavy sarcasm) they CAN’T hire enough people because we have TOO MANY! Edit: even though some of that was laced with sarcasm, still made me sick for that to come out of my mouth lmao need to go wash it out the rest of the night! I can’t bullshit or lie, because those are scumbag moves. Be honest with me and I’ll be honest with my team, but I’ll lay out a clear plan how we’re going to get through the horrors, and… I have no use for liars or bullshitters who try that with me. I’m usually the smartest person in the room, and when someone is bullshitting me or lying to my face, I call them on it. I’ve rubbed quite a few salaried the wrong way when they tell the agreed-upon lie over the walkie, and I publicly quote, verbatim, what the company actually says about staffing, coverage, role clarity, etc. and they don’t know what to do, because nobody’s ever called them on their lies in public before.

I’m the Grich Christmas The Eras Tour Shirt in other words I will buy this rare management who’s not here for a career or anything, I’m here because I want to solve problems, not to just look like I’m solving them. It fuckin’ SUCKS, because I’m fighting every single battle that most would just brush off, and let the suck and the mediocrity go on. But honestly, in only 7 years, so far I’ve begun to see some small hints that maybe, one day, I’ll actually solve one of those problems. Those are the annual raises they give every February. I’ve gotten a few pay increases from when I’ve changed job codes, but the cent raises are annual, you should be getting them too… Well I haven’t been lmao. No one at my store does as far as I know. If I’m suppised to be then fml no raises in the yeart and a half ive been here.
