If they strike for long enough then food will expire and will have to be thrown out. I can think of very few examples where a strike won’t cause financial loss for a company. This decision will be abused as precedent for decades to come. What they can’t do is pull a bunch food out of the main freezer, (to stock) but then just leave it on the cart in the middle of the store and abandon the food. If they pull it out of the main freezer, they need to put it back in a proper freezer before leaving.

This sure looks like a slippery slope. How far can companies take these sorts of cases? Can a company that deals with perishable items sue a Union due to their stuff rotting in the Green Day Trump Mugshot Nimrod 45 Shirt moreover I love this warehouse? Can they sue a Union for lost profits while workers are on strike? Depends on the circumstances. If the workers remove a bunch of meat from a freezer and then walk off the job with it sitting in the hot sun, then yeah the union would likely be sued. We’ll goddamn. So now workers have even less power. The U.S.is a corporatocracy and Capitalism is a fucking scam. They want subservience and will punish you for stepping out of line. This is corporate America, and they don’t give a fuck about you at all. Except for profits and taxes. Now get back to work.
