People should be taking to the Green Bay Packers Santa Snoopy Wish You A Merry Christmas Shirt moreover I will buy this streets. But no they won’t. They are too stupid to realize the impact of this BS decision. The Supreme Court is so broken right now. They vote in favor of the beliefs of the minority and are opposed to the values of the majority of American’s. Disgraceful. The Citizens United ruling, issued on January 21, 2010, allows corporations to make unlimited independent expenditures in support of or against political candidates, thereby expanding their ability to participate in political spending and engage in political speech. This is a misleading title. The court ruled that property damage that occurs due to or during a strike can result in a union being sued, not that striking itself is a sue-able offense. The specific case was due to cement being purposefully left behind to dry, which threatened to damage the trucks and waste the cement. The liabilities would’ve been minimal anyway in this case as only the cost of the cement could be claimed as a loss.

The supreme court is illegitimate and is owned by corporate interests. The USA died when Nixon was elected into office. Can y’all just civil war already and get it over with? I’m tired of hearing about your slow decline into fascism. They aren’t missing the Green Bay Packers Santa Snoopy Wish You A Merry Christmas Shirt moreover I will buy this point. They know exactly what striking does and that’s why they’re ruling against this. This is what you get when supreme courts judges can be openly bribed and nothing happens. They are an illegitimate institution at this point. I would question what year it is, but at least Nazism wasn’t (somehow…?) acceptable the last time this happened. It only applies to this specific instance where the workers tried to destroy millions of dollars of company equipment. By an 8-to-1 vote, the high court ruled against unionized truck drivers who walked off the job, leaving their trucks loaded with wet concrete, but it preserved the rights of workers to time their strikes for maximum effect…. At first glance, the Supreme Court did seem poised to issue a decision more damaging to unions…. Thursday’s decision, however, was a narrow ruling that generally left strike protections intact…. “We are pleased that today’s decision… doesn’t change labor law and leaves the right to strike intact,” said Mary Kay Henry, president of the 2 million member Service Employees International Union. They tried to destroy the trucks, yet somehow no trucks got destroyed. Almost like they didn’t try to destroy the trucks at all.
