This is already standard for most sensitive workplaces globally. Just like nuclear plant workers going on strike can’t just allow a melt down, or nurses and doctors on strike can’t just walk out on a patient mid surgery, or a laundromat going on strike can’t just let the Green Bay Packers Jordan Love Air Jordan Shirt In addition,I will do this machines run and destroy all the customers clothes, a teemster union can’t go on strike and total every single cement mixer that day because they left cement they willingly loaded up into it to dry. It’s literally definitionally sabotage. Sabotage and Ludditism is not the same thing as striking and even if it was necessary in a strike it wouldn’t be the first fucking thing you do with no negotiation. So if 16 cement truck drivers show up to work, pretend like they are going to deliver cement that day like they have done every other previous day of their employment, so the plant mixes up that very-perishable cement + fills their trucks up, THEN they all fuck off in a spitefully coordinated action (9/16 of them did not even tell anyone that they abandoned a truck loaded with wet cement)… then yes…. 8 out of 9 supreme court justices hold that the employer abso-fucking-lutely can sue the shit out of the union for damages. You are allowed to not work without fear of legal consequence. You are NOT allowed to spitefully vandalize your employers property without legal consequence
