Mostly spoken on the borders between Brasil and Argentina it is also spoken around the border between Portugal and Spain. Funny enough, same thing happens with Brazilian Portuguese. Brazillian Portuguese speakers have difficulty understanding European Portuguese, but not the other way around.

Instead of European Portuguese speakers I should’ve just said Portuguese people, probably more accurate. We can understand Brazilian and Spanish people without problem, but they have a lot of trouble understanding us. Because, Portuguese sounds like Spanish being spoken by deaf person.
