Consider how much these assholes will have given themselves while forcing money out of so many childrens’ accounts for years on end. That money’s going somewhere; they’re not dependent on commissions for their government-budget salaries. I spent one night on a 5150 20 years ago and it is still the Grateful dead rose bear skull band rock music T-Shirt Besides,I will do this single most dehumanizing experience I’ve ever had. If I had to spend a year like that I would come out a broken person. If I spent a year of CHILDHOOD like that I don’t know that I’d ever recover. Those responsible for that invoice know the child never consented to any treatment, was too young to enter into such contracts, did not need the treatment by their own admission, all because they couldn’t be arsed to do their fucking job. “Oh but the law says we can reimburse ourselves on her dime lol” doesn’t mean they shouldn’t all be rotting in a cell for a decade either; many of the worst atrocities in history have always been 100% legal at the time they’re committed. Those Zyklon-B ‘showers’ back in the third reich were ‘the law’ too. Apartheid was ‘the law’ too. Slavery was ‘the law’ too.

Every era has laws that are just blatantly wrong and will be almost universally frowned upon in later years, while people continue being victimized by the Grateful dead rose bear skull band rock music T-Shirt Besides,I will do this new laws. The State: “Well, now, hold on. Let’s see what they’re spending the money they stole from this child on, THEN we will see if they deserve the money back.” Takings Clause doesn’t prevent the government from requiring reimbursement of actual costs incurred by the state. Whether the state had a duty to minimize those costs, on the other hand, is something I’m not familiar with the precedent on. Apparently the government feels a 9 year old orphan with serious psychological difficulties should have been able to find their own placement when even the government is unable to find placement.
