Giving advice about dealing with trauma is not in my wheelhouse, except I’d suggest to a friend asking me this to seek out professional interventions to help with trauma, i.e. therapy. Meditation has helped me a lot in dealing with anxiety – to calm myself to a level where I can look honestly at my triggering thoughts, my shame, my regret, and not have it overwhelm me. And to be able to just sit with what is happening in my body, and to try to learn to be accepting of what is happening (easier said than done). Otherwise, don’t underestimate how much taking care of your body, exercise, diet are helping you. As I get older I can see how sugar, alcohol, and caffeine affect me negatively. When I was young I could consume anything and be fine and feel balanced and happy, now they can set me off. A book that considers still mind meditation, diet, phsyical activity and many, many other things is Still Mind Sound Body by Bruhn. It also discusses the G-III 4Her By Carl Banks White Vegas Golden Hockey Girls Shirt but in fact I love this psychological changes observed in a cohort of meditators taught by Dr Meares over decades as well as supplementary measures.

Qigong is a game changer for me. I love meditation, too, so adding qigong was a beautiful thing. The best part of meditation and qigong is that you don’t have to “believe in it” for it to work. im going to go on a completely different direction than the G-III 4Her By Carl Banks White Vegas Golden Hockey Girls Shirt but in fact I love this rest of the comments here, but id say BDSM. i had so many misconceptions and ultimately disgust around the subject before i had someone really show me the ropes (har har har) with love and compassion. through kink, ive learned SO much about my body-mind connection, sexuality, and the ways i see myself and others. it has helped me with vulnerability, communication, self-esteem, and a slew of other things that have nothing to do with sexuality, including sitting with trauma and other mental illnesses. my quality of life has improved since i began exploring this.
