but while I enjoy spending time with his kids- they bring so much joy- I also regret the Funny laut and Bunt Gegen Rechts shirt Furthermore, I will do this way kids absolutely impact a relationship and your time together basically becomes all about the kids when they’re there. It has to- kids are needy. So needy. But I choose to accept that it’s not meant to be, rather than “choose not to have kids”- for me it feels like I made the only choice my circumstances allow. I regret it everyday, and I’m thankful for the freedom I do have everyday too. I’m also grateful for my stepkids and a partner who involves me in their lives. It’s a glimpse- just enough to get by. I can’t provide foster care either, but that would be my route otherwise, if not for health Late 30s, have not regretted it so far and don’t think I will in the near future. I’ve finally got to a point in my career where I make some money and I enjoy being able to spend that on myself. I also rather regret not having them than regret having them. 34F- sometimes I think I’m missing out on motherhood and then I see my 6 sibling’s kids and realize I’m not. Love them, but nope, I’m good.

Do I wonder who is going to take care of me when I’m old, yes, but then I remember they have nursing homes for that andddd if for whatever reason I end up poor AF and and can’t afford a nursing home. welp it’s time to cash in the Funny laut and Bunt Gegen Rechts shirt Furthermore, I will do this favorite aunt chips. 34, husband is 43. we’re both happy, no second thoughts or second-guessing or regret. neither of us have ever wanted kids. Nope. I raised my brother and have no interest in having children. Plus there are a lot of health issues neither of us want to pass on. We decided not to have kids 43 and 38, no regrets, loving being free and doing the things we like… Have also made good friends with some other kid free couples which is fantastic. I also work in aged care so when people say “who will look after you when you’re old?” Let me assure you, it won’t be your kids! The vast majority of people in aged care don’t see anyone on any regular basis apart from their other half if they are still alive. Make a plan for when you are old, don’t rely on your kids it’s not their responsibility anyway.
