I mean jail is a bit much but you ARE on to something with the Funny anibal Sanchez Washington Game Signature T-Shirt but in fact I love this ID thing. If they can’t tell the difference between a swan and a duck then they shouldn’t be allowed to hunt. They should be banned from getting hunting licenses for 10yrs-life, and since they discharged weapons in a park they should be charged on gun crimes and have their guns confiscated. To hunt ducks you have to quickly identify species and often gender before firing. It is not easy, but anyone that wants to hunt ducks takes the time to learn. In Germany to even be eligible for a hunting license you have to take an exam on how to identify species by gender by season and what is legal when and where. The book for the test is like 1.5 inches thick and the exam is no joke. Once you pass then you can apply for a license. I don’t see why that shouldn’t be a thing in the US. It varies by state. The state I’m in requires everyone born after a certain year (something like 1960) to complete a hunter’s education course before you can get a license. In my state it was several weekends long, my friends and I completed it when we were 13.

In addition to charges, they should have their hunting licenses revoked for life. If you can’t tell a duck from a swan, you do not have the Funny anibal Sanchez Washington Game Signature T-Shirt but in fact I love this judgment necessary for safe hunting. This is really sad. I wonder if these people have pets, and would they mind if their beloved pets got cooked up and eaten as well? This is the town I grew up in and the town I just bought a house in. Feels weird coming back after 10 years. Feels even weirder now that this happened. When I was little someone broke a few of the swan eggs and that was the talk of the town. But this is just on a whole new level. Oh this and the (unrelated, but same town) fact the town board literally just fired the police chief and banned him from the town, yet they all signed NDA’s as to why. Shits going downhill fast.
