A kids stomach is usually the Frog Leap Year 2024 February 29th Leap Day Birthday T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this size of their fist. I think that parents who act like that think the child is being defiant. My aunt acted like that to my cousins. As adults, they went low contact with her. Because they’re terrible at meeting their needs and making decisions. It’s why parents are a thing for like 2 decades. I have 2 great kids and 100% they require help meeting their own needs and making healthy choices. I was expected to clean my plate as a kid. As an adult I have a problematic relationship with food. As a parent I like Ellyn Satter’s Division of Responsibility where the parent chooses what is served and when (as long as there is at least one thing available that the child likes) and the child chooses what they eat and how much. There’s a lot more to it but that’s the essence of it. We never felt with this at our house none of us were picky eaters but our parents said if we were full not to finish because that’s not good for you. My friends house on the other hand her brothers were both picky and couldn’t leave the table till they had some bites of vegetables which I think is reasonable they didn’t have to finish their plate but they had to have something healthy. Normally it would take a couple hours which is a little much (because it was normally specific ones they didn’t like to eat like broccoli would take hours, boiled spinach on the other hand they would eat up in seconds). My mom always blended up the things we didn’t liked and mixed it with good stuff to hide it. Also I think my mom said when we were toddles if we started not wanting meals we just stopped doing snacks so we were actually hungry during meals. I have no recollection but clearly it worked.

Cuz if you allow kids to win about what they eat, then they will just eat sugar and fast food. Making kids eat reasonable and healthy food isn’t a problem. What you’re suggesting is force feeding which I dunno but that sounds like abuse 3: if you leave more than half of what I gave you, that can be refrigerated and it’s your next meal. I will not go out of my way to make stuff I know you don’t like, but not every meal is going to be your favorite either. 4: you’re not going to graze; if you’re done you’re done, your not going to say your done because you want to go play and then keep running back to the Frog Leap Year 2024 February 29th Leap Day Birthday T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this table for more bites. 5: this isn’t a restaurant.. I’ll ask your opinion and everyone gets turns picking entrees and sides but in the end I’m making one meal; I’m not making mac and cheese for one kid and pizza for another kid and hot dogs for another kid when me and mom are having chicken.
