Right? Stressed me out, too. A remote location, dim parking lot, small kids, and zero customer service. What an awful situation. OP couldn’t even drive home as an option because of their medicine. Then, a whole $33 credit towards their next visit. What an insult. I’m glad you were able to salvage the Friends matthew perry chandler bing 1969 20230 the one where we all lost signature shirt in addition I really love this weekend for yourself and your kids. I am so stressed and angry for OP!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I cant even imagine the frustration with the kids and all. An experience less bad than this caused me to quit Airbnb. At least this guest got a 33$ coupon for his trouble. Airbnb simply took my $600 on NYE and left me stranded in an overseas city. They were too busy to answer my calls, and this was back in the old days when Airbnb always sided with the host regardless of anything (even in the case where the actual home did not even exist). There were reps on here before explaining that’s like the standard line if they can’t resolve your issue in the next hour or two.

And the Friends matthew perry chandler bing 1969 20230 the one where we all lost signature shirt in addition I really love this next one taking the case has to start from zero, they don’t write anything down or what but the next person always has no clue of the situation and proposes a different solution that is even more complicated I book Airbnb properties on booking com. The same property, often even cheaper, because there is no Cleaning and Service fee. I booked one last month, but after talking to the host through booking app they demanded more money for the swimming pool which I thought it was included in the price. So I canceled and requested a refund. I got the refund after a few hours. I used booking com to reserv one a a month stay in Ho Chi Minh City, the host contacted me on WhatsApp and wanted to know my booking# and pin. That is a scam, they had to have had my booking reference with the # to even contact me, and you’re never supposed to give out your booking pin to anyone. I asked why they needed my pin, they said to manage the reservation. The reservation could be canceled free of charge so I canceled, ended up reserving a different place on airbnb. We did use booking for a stay in Mexico once, the same listing was on airbnb and prices were similar but the booking version had a far more generous cancellation policy.
