Yes, IMO, intentionally taking steps to damage company property, regardless of the FREEDON Trump Mugshot President Shirt Apart from…,I will love this reason, should come with the risk of being sued, and a court should decide if those workers intentionally damaged company property. No union in the world should be able to protect individual workers that intentionally cause damage to a company’s property. Taking this a step further, what if someone got hurt or killed as a direct result of a worker walking off the job to strike? For example, what if a crane operator just lived a 10 ton object into the air, then walks off the job, that object being held by the crane with no one controlling the crane swings into a worker and kills them. Should the striking worker who left their position not be liable for their actions?

That said, there should be limits to this. After all, the FREEDON Trump Mugshot President Shirt Apart from…,I will love this whole point of striking is to stop the company from fulfilling orders and generating revenue. The stop of normal business shouldn’t be considered “destruction of property” or “sabotage”. Oh they aren’t missing the point of striking. They just don’t think that workers should have the right to strike. Another sponsored Extreme right wing Republican Party decision payback for their seats on the US Supreme Court, corruption at the highest level even at the US Supreme Court. Got it, so instead of striking since we’re gonna be sued anyway, time to move straight to outright rioting since the US is no longer giving us any choice in the matter (because ya know, only thing stopping riots and a repeat of the French revolution was peaceful protests).
