I had to stop using them. Drivers weren’t rude, but there were too many scammers. Of my last ten orders, only 3 were delivered. We make less money as time goes on. It’s tasking on your mental health to get a reverse raise constantly. Pile on app issues and long wait times, and you have the Forever Not Just When We Win Buffalo Bills Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this perfect storm. Man I watched another dasher fucking cut me off in a McDonald’s drivethru (while I was picking up an order, pulled up in front of me and backed up to the window) and immediately started POUNDING on the glass. He got there after I did. I don’t get it i went from $20/hour in my local town, able to dash basically whenever i want, and able to dash for 3 hours at a time (and more if i wanted). now, i can only dash if im REALLY lucky, the only available scheduled shifts are 3 days out and only for 30 minutes, and if i am dashing i pull in $5 an hour, because the orders pay absolute shit and i will still only take the bare minimum of $2/mile. i was relying on doordash for money as i get my disability figured out, but because of how fucked up its been i havent been able to make Any money. It appeals to drug addicts. That’s cash out instantly as many times as you want shit. That’s one of the Forever Not Just When We Win Buffalo Bills Signatures Shirt In addition,I will do this biggest problems. Dope fiends dashing It’s changed alot since you dashed. I hear all the time it used to be different from friends who have doordashed in the past and they see how it is now Realistically it’s a matter of lowering the base pay, flooding the market with drivers, making the features of the driver’s app worse, and forcing the AR thing on drivers which causes average delivery pay to plummet for drivers so the people who were good found better options. This leaves the people who can’t get another job so the quality of drivers has plummeted. I’ve seen a couple strange DD drivers since I started doing work this part-time. In February, I saw a dude almost fight a Jewel-Osco employee over her being busy with other driver’s pick-up orders. I didn’t want to get in the middle of it since I’m in Chicago but I would have intervened if he attacked her. I told her I was really sorry on behalf of all us delivery drivers once he stormed off to his car. Otherwise, I’m sure 95% of us are chill and just want to do our jobs.
