I have a chronic pain in my side [still undiagnosed] and went to my GP, he set me up for several tests, but when I asked if he could recommend a gynecologist he asked me “why?” I got appendicitis as a kid, and my doctor said “it’s definetly not appendicitis, we can rule that out” flateline on the Flex Luther Burden signature vintage shirt but in fact I love this table because of this dude. When I haven’t gotten any better 2 weeks after the first visit, we visited again, he did an ultrasound scan, got bleach white, said nothing and left, came back and told my mom an ambulance was coming. Guess which family never has to wait again at this child doctor? And guess which family always gets checked really thoroughly? I wanted to switch doctors, but there we would have to drive additional 20 mins to the next one, and the VIP treatment made us stay there.

Edit: oh, and the Flex Luther Burden signature vintage shirt but in fact I love this child doctor made sure the chief surgeon was operating. To this day, when I see him in the streets, he always gets visibly shook. Thean got a great heart, and from what he told me, this was the first and the last time he ever did such a misdiagnoses. I don’t have a doctor, but see randoms through online appointment. This one time, I just needed to refill prescriptions (BTW, I still think it’s ridiculous to have to see a doctor every year to refill a prescription I have been taking since 2006 – not like the system isn’t taxed enough). This doctor was like, “I’ll give you 6 months of a prescription instead of 12 because you need to see a family doctor to discuss [condition for which I take the prescription]”. That wouldn’t have been dumb… if there was a hope in hell I was going to get a family doctor in that range of time. I was like, “I have been living here less than a year. It’s guaranteed I am not going to have a family doctor in 12 months, let alone 6.” (This was three years ago and I still don’t have one.) In one ear and out the other. So because of her fantastic advice, I got to do the online song and dance again 6 months later, not 12. She also prescribed a shittier medication for my allergies because she wasn’t familiar with the one that was working for me. Absolutely useless doctor.
