Put a time limit on it. 3 months is a number that has worked every time for me in the Fleetwood Mac Sisters Of The Moon 2023 Black Shirt also I will do this past. Be prepared t o walk if they don’t honor the deal. It is the best way to ensure that they will. Ask for a 6 month (or whatever you feel is fair) probationary period in writing. It puts a date on how long you have to “grow into it” and how long they can train you without a job change. Document everything! Set a firm deadline for the title & pay change. Maybe set a mid-point evaluation to discuss any issues you or they may have. Hard pass. They are asking you to do more work without getting compensated. Newsflash: they will NEVER be comfortable. They are rushing this hoping they can walk all over you. I’m so sorry. I don’t see how this is good for you in any way. Start updating your resume NOW.

Depending on how comfortable you are ask/demand they set a timeline of when this decision will be determined by. That way they can’t keep stringing you along. Ask them to put in writing that they will reassess in 30 day increments so you all get to sit down and review the Fleetwood Mac Sisters Of The Moon 2023 Black Shirt also I will do this progress. If after 30, 60, or 90 days they aren’t moving, tell them no thanks and go back to your normal job. I would say flat out no if theres no pay raise. They created a vacuum, their problem not yours. If they want you to solve it then its gonna cost them. Since you are taking on additional duties, I assume direct reports ask for an interim raise. Request that the interim role transition no later than six months out. Ask for formal evaluations monthly. State that you do not want this open-ended. The company must define expectations and set monthly goals on where you should be at the end of each month. These expectations benefit you and the organization.
