Decided to come back to limgrave to do some more things and realized he was just sort of… standing there menacingly. Boy am I glad I grabbed that Golden Halberd I started as a wretch. Took some time, but got him eventually. I decline to be afraid of the first real boss of the game.

The moment i got torment and found out we could do horse battle , i tried it on him to see how it does and after few attempt i got him to 20% ish so i knew with some more attempt i would kill him like that. I tried to kill him before at level 1 wretch and i couldnt pass 30-40% of his hp due to getting 1 shotted by some of his move. I tried about 30 attempt before moving on. Come back? Oh no he went down as soon as I saw him, took a bunch of tries but there was no way I was leaving him to roam around The first time, I completely forgot about him until I was way over-powered and wrecked him. It was very satisfying. Honestly, I think I came back around lvl 40 and killed him, but they are hands down my favorite boss fights. They provide a lot of good practice for parrying too. I’m on game 7 now taking my time as a caster this round, and every time I parry him I riposted him with Gavel of Haima till he died. There are a few things I do with every character. 1st is beat Gatefront ruins without damage before leveling up. 2nd is beating the Flame Burnin Vintage Jonas Brothers Band Tour shirt and I love this Sentinel before Margit, 3rd is not going to Roundtable until beating Margit.
