I was in your position a few years ago. Going back to work is daunting, but the Family Christmas making memories together 2023 shirt in other words I will buy this only messages you’ll get are the “good to have you back” sort. Be kind to yourself, OP, and go at your pace. My best friend is psychologist looking into doing this as training to provide as therapy but she’s very 50/50 on it. It appears very homeopathic in its base but it clearly has scientific grounds. So, for me, I had to think about what was the worst part of the trauma events and also what is my happiest memory ever. The simple explanation: I had to replay the horrible memory again and again whilst watching a light in a light tube bounce left to right (there’s also a tapping method). I then had to play a mash-up of the bad and fab memories. Then had to spell my complex name backwards and other weird stuff..

Basically, when you’re stuck in a trauma, you replay it in your head, which is human nature. Every time you replay it in your head, (outside of emdr), your brain nerves (??) create more links , which reinforces the Family Christmas making memories together 2023 shirt in other words I will buy this memory. EMDR “confuses” your brain to break these links, effectively replacing the bad memories. I know it sounds like shite. But really, I found it amazing. And also to add: I can now talk about what happened to me factually. No more shallow breathing, no more eyes welling up etc Jeez. I’m so happy for you that this has worked so well. That’s super interesting and thank you for sharing. I’ll pass this onto my friend! +1 for the mysteriously quick outcome. Trauma included stuff I’ve been suffering from for 45 years, cleared up in a grand total of 5 sessions.
