I hate it. I don’t get periods or cramps, or morning sickness, or sweats, or lugging a growing belly around, worrying about post natal weight loss, the pain of childbirth, etc etc. I’m not pregnant, and I’m not going to dilute or take away from what she has to go through. I couldn’t possibly care less. The couple gets to pick the exact language they want to use. I am not going to nitpick over it.

Meh. As someone currently pregnant, there are other more irritating things to deal with. This is neither here nor there for me. Really don’t like it. I think ‘we’re expecting’ is fine but not ‘we’re pregnant’.
