There’s also the Evil Empire Distressed Design Shirt and I love this comedic value for me. When my mate sends a voice note about something amusing she’s seen, it’s 1000% more funny for me than a text. Voice is just better. Reading your comment to get the gist of it took me 10s. Out loud took about a minute. That’s why voice notes should auto transcribe to text and give people the option to read or listen (since people seem to be allergic to using voice to text, I’m guessing because it used to be shit). Lack of search-ability if you’re going back through conversations and trying to find something you talked about previously. Gets very annoying to respond to after a certain length (if you’re asking 15 things in a 10 minute ramble, just write it out!)

Just tell them that’s how you feel and maybe they’ll just stop contacting you altogether and you’ll both be happier. Me and my sister voice note each other regularly, and I’ve voice noted friends in the Evil Empire Distressed Design Shirt and I love this past too, a lot of the time I really cba to write it all in a text. I think it depends on the individual, to me it’s halfway between a text and a call, I can listen and respond to that voice note at any time and to be honest I hate phone calls lol. With voice noting too, I can literally go about my business whilst I talk and send it rather than picking up my phone, writing out the text and sending it. With that being said, I don’t voice note everyone I know. If someone I’m not very close to would voice note me I would also raise an eyebrow. I think it’s about knowing who likes voice noting and who doesn’t.
