There were a few generations who got to enjoy the Elementary school alumni west hollywood shirt and by the same token and fruits of that bizarre state of affairs. But the rest of the world has rebuild and no amount of warmongering and exploiting other nations was going to keep that state of affairs going. So yeah…and look around at who is fighting to keep it low. Businesses say they can’t survive, but how did they survive before the 70’s? People forget that a strong working and middle class will contribute MORE to the economy than rich corporations making a few rich shareholders even richer. Sadly, Pres Nixon presided over a set of wage freezes starting in 1972 which started us down a bad path. He also broke the link between the dollar and gold so we could literally ‘print money’ and inflation soared. We did not really get out of that mess for 10-15 years. And even the boom in the mid-80’s was mainly due to Reagan’s unprecedented government deficit spending (which again proves my point that if something big is pumping money into the economy, then it does well. Where I differ from conservatives is that they think it should be lower taxes on the rich while I think the group of rich is too small to be effective so it’s best done by the middle and lower classes having money to spend).

Second, my father is in his 80s and doesn’t understand why my kids and I work a bunch of different jobs to support ourselves. He had one job for 42 years and retired early with a full pension and now gets Social Security. He worked Monday through Friday weekends and holidays off, and in his mind that’s what everyone does. I once described it like this on a FB post by Little Caeser’s advertising a family meal for $25: For people who make minimum wage, $7.25 for 8 hrs a day is $58. So someone working full time at federal minimum wage would spend HALF of their work day to afford one meal. Every day. Because you have to feed your family every day. And then they wonder why we get angry when they keep gutting school lunch programs, elderly meal programs, WIC, SNAP and other social safety nets. $7.25 x 50hrs a week is $362 before taxes. $725 per pay check. (1450/mo) – around $200/per ck for taxes- $525. Employer health care for a family of 4? I don’t even know so I’ll say -$200. (Let me know if that’s close) That’s $325 take home every two weeks. =$650/mo. But rents are $1500 for a 1 bedroom. a 4pk of toilet paper is $10. There are plenty of places still in the Elementary school alumni west hollywood shirt and by the same token and US where the math works for those types of jobs. The reason they are affordable however is because more and more people want to live in the larger metro areas; hence those areas are going to be more expensive.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
