If he makes the East Forsyth High School Class Of 2024 shirt and I will buy this offer you negotiate the other details you don’t just say “lol no thanks”. The salary you might be able to negotiate a good amount When this happens, wait for them to show up and give them shit in a professional manner and hang up. Then write to their management about the situation. Also write a review on Glassdoor. Organizations that harbor such people and behavior deserve to be eradicated. “Thanks for waiting” is corporate speak. It means “I’m sorry I kept you waiting”, but they try never to apologize if they can help it. “He didn’t mention a single thing about the job, my pay, or even what I’d be doing. Then offers me the job immediately.” One time I showed up early for an interview, and sat there for 25 minutes waiting for the 930 appointment, the candidate before me had a 9am interview and showed up at 930 the interviewer came out and said sorry but so and so was late I’m going to take them for the interview at 930 and I’ll do you after. I sat there and waited roughly 30 mins for him to return and bring me in for the interview …as soon as he explained the position to me I cut him off and said honestly I just waited to tell you how unprofessional this was and I’m not interested in this job, I was just 18 and the job was for ups warehouse My time is valuable and you are wasting it! Be late on your own time off time, but not when you are interviewing candidates!

15 minutes and I’m out of there. If my future colleagues/managers can’t handle appointments /agreement I will be looking elsewhere. An interview is just as much about you liking the East Forsyth High School Class Of 2024 shirt and I will buy this company as them liking you. When this happened to me I just accepted the job, told him a couldn’t start for a month, then never showed on my first day. Waste my time I’ll waste yours . I could tell he was a terrible guy just from the interview. He spent half of it bitching about staff This happened to me once and it was the patient care manager, that was late so I texted her admin assistant. And she told me to wait for the manager. The manager ended up showing 30 Mins later. Super unprofessional tbh. Had a Walmart Manager do that once except for only a half hour. I was about to leave and they finally showed up. No apology, no reschedule, no nothing. Now that I see jobs they test people the way, I am so definitely going to start asking if they don’t show up after 5 to 10 min.
