Go to HR. Don’t sweat the Drake OVO For all the dogs shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this dept. manager ever again. You, have the upper hand in that relationship from here forward. It is up to your department manager to to repair what little respect she ever should have been given by you. Ask your co-workers politely: how have you all dealt with this person? Was I in the wrong? I’d like to learn but no one is showing me how. And see if any of them will mentor you. Boots to buttons the manager was actually ticked off that your coworkers didn’t do just that and didn’t release her from her own responsibilities to show you the ropes. It’s on her now to repair any respect levels. Just do what you can, learn as much and as fast as you can and don’t show yourself to be a liability. Between seeing you work earnestly and HR having a discussion with her about her being inappropriate, she will most likely come around. Otherwise she’s just a snit human and again.. don’t sweat it cuz you won’t change her. She has to change herself.

She could have had just a really shitty first day back, and having to deal with a new hire on a Friday after she expected your colleagues to train you (bad assumption, but still). My Dad always would say, “When you start a new job, show up on time, work your ass off and ask what else you can be doing” and after six months absolutely no one should be able to give you shit. I would straight up report this to corporate compliance. She will be backing up her desk by the Drake OVO For all the dogs shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this end of the week. This particular type of situation (allegation of physical contact- shoving) sent one manager out of her job in a flash. No wonder they had an opening that is straight up bullying and physical assault– if that is the culture that manager has cultivated, she needs to leave.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
