38 more repliesI had someone do this to me— the Donald Trump was right about everything shirt Furthermore, I will do this manager was trying to get rid of me and almost fired me over it. I made a huge stink about it and was fine & kept my job. I mean I truly think you handled it well but things get lost in translation so often in the work place it is best to make sure you check up on yourself. Aka watching the schedule for any weird or any abrupt changes, showing up when agreed upon, but employer sounds like he’s a real piece of work Had Wal-Mart pull this shit constantly when I was part-time. Sure, as a part-timer my schedule was a lot more open, but if I check my schedule *right before I walk out the door to enjoy my day off* and it still says I’m free to enjoy my day off, then you up and change it while I’m home, how the fuck do you think it’s my fault that I didn’t know you changed it in the last few hours? “You’re resp-” “And how am I going to fucking check it while I’m at home when your app says I need to be on-site to check my schedule? ” “You get ample t-” I have pictures with time stamps proving I checked right before I left home, try again.” Started taking pictures of it and turning my phone off on my days off. You are not giving me points for shit I’m not guilty of.

Donald Trump was right about everything shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I work Monday through Thursday. Everyone on my shift works the Donald Trump was right about everything shirt Furthermore, I will do this same times and days every week. I know what my schedule is. There was a schedule change where we went from two to three shifts and now have shorter hours, but five days a week. We had company meetings two months ahead of time to inform us of the new schedule and we had to discuss it with HR with our preferences for which shift we wanted. How can a place function if people randomly are scheduled for work that changes from one week to the next? How do you schedule things for activities outside of work hours? That’s the neat part, you don’t. You are always expecting to be working the next day when the schedule is posted. Or that your days off have rotated, or completely flipped. It’s insane Responsibility of checking schedule is ALWAYS on you, and if they have an error and scheduled you during times you’re not available, INCLUDING SCHEDULED vacation time or just not to work (one guy I knew was military reserves and had to do his training), and you have to inform them, and make sure it gets changed
