Yea I’d try to get her ass fired first. Or at least in trouble. Then I’d be the Disney Halloween Shirt but in fact I love this biggest pain in the ass she has until you get fired or quit. Get real petty with it. Job already sounds like a nightmare It’s never good when a manager refuses to help train new hires. These bad managers often use verbal abuse to shame new hires for not “learning fast enough” even though they’ve failed as trainers. But shoving is an escalation to physical violence and should never be tolerated. And you have witnesses that hopefully will stay on your side when you file a complaint. I usually say never call the police, but call the police. That might have been battery, at least assault. File a report. Also consult a lawyer. HR is not your advocate. I would say I feel extremely threatened and bullied and am considering taking legal action. You could totally sue for this

Disney Halloween Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Go to HR and report her to Her boss. Whoever it is. She’s lucky u didn’t whack her back..ooh but then it would have turned ugly, yea If allowed, I use my cell to record computer processes, some of them get really complicated. If anyone touches me I remove their hand in a hard squeezing twisting manner (don’t do that, lol) they stop pretty quickly. You will also need to document all the Disney Halloween Shirt but in fact I love this instances and what day and any witnesses. It must be readable like a legal document basically Hold up …. SHOVES YOU!? oh no, no NO. Sue this B. This is battery: battery occurs when a person intentionally and harmfully touches you without your consent. A person acts intentionally if their action was on purpose, regardless of whether they actually intended to harm you with their action.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
