So very true. We have two adult sons who are complete opposites of each other. They get along very well, just different personalities. Neither of them want children. If I person has 4 kids and none of them are there for them in their old age that often says something about the Disney Fall Castle Winnie the Pooh Shirt Apart from…,I will love this parent. I adore my nieces and nephews. I enjoy babysitting them. I’m actually watching a few of them overnight right now, but I love being able to give them back to their parents. Especially enjoy knowing I don’t have to worry about being up before dawn because they wake up early. Nothing cures baby fever better than being around kids that are all under the age of 4 lmao My husband and I can’t have kids biologically, and I’ve read a lot of horror stories about adopted children feeling like a consolation prize, so to speak, so with the natural fixed state of my husband plus my own medical history forcing me into complete sterilization, we decided that was probably fate telling us not to be parents (among other reasons) and have opted to stay child-free. But sometimes we get baby fever, and when that happens we go see our nephews. By the time the visit is over, we’re both like, “Thank GODS we don’t have to take them home!!” Lol

Nah, if having children is not something appealing to you or it’s not right, for a myriad of reasons. Don’t do it. However, when you have your own kids for most people, something inside switches.
