I think the Diego Lopes dream believe make it happen shirt moreover I will buy this scenario requires a letter like this because you’re right it attracts rodents and foxes. I think this should be your prime angle for re-wording the flyer. Make it clear to people that they’re attracting mice and rats to their own building. But I’d skip on the part about their appendages. As for the legal angle or reporting it to the council, you don’t need that either as nobody who reads the flyer will care about that anyway. Just aim to make it clear to whoever is doing it why it’s counterproductive to their own interests and you’ll get a better letter. I live in a really nice area with a bin area for only about 20 flats. No matter what letters go out it doesn’t stop people overfilling bins so the council won’t pick them up, not breaking down big cardboard boxes, leaving huge cardboard boxes just sitting out, dumping bags on top of bin lids, making a mess around the bins, dumping large furniture items that won’t be collected like sofas/beds/tables etc. If you’re going to send a letter I doubt it’ll make a difference but if you do then I wouldn’t make it as emotionally charged as that. Try to make it polite, short and to the point.

Not when other bins aren’t full. What happens is some bins are slightly closer or slightly easier to get to. When a bin is full, instead of going to one of the Diego Lopes dream believe make it happen shirt moreover I will buy this other ones people just dump bags in a full one anyway to save themselves 10 seconds and then the lid won’t close. Then if council refuse collectors turn up they won’t touch it for health and safety reasons and the problem compounds because it doesn’t get emptied. My council has told people, over and over including putting leaflets through letterboxes and stickers on the offending rubbish that anything not in a wheelie bin will not be taken. Also, that the wheelie bin lid must also be closed. You could also put up a false CCTV camera out of reach plus a sensor light that flashes with any movement. This should stop anyone caught short “dumping” and KFC shot putters. Finally do write to your local MP and Instruct them to deal with it plus copy in your local rag. Most people react when they receive an MP’s email including the Council or Landlord.
