Yes it’s too much. You would’ve lost me at “uneducated” and “classless” and the Dia De Los Deftones 2023 La Catrina Segments Shirt Also,I will get this pretty hysterical insistence that rabid foxes are going to munch on my limbs next…? The picture, “this is disgusting and attracting foxes and rats” and where you’re reporting it if it doesn’t stop is enough. If the area is overrun with foxes then is anyone else questioning whether it was the foxes that made it this way? That’s what they do, they go into the bins, they drag stuff around. It honestly looks like the bins are too small for the amount of waste. We have a similar problem in our building with the recycling bins not being labelled and someone posting passive aggressive notes about people not recycling properly

In my area, council provided 2 each of extra bins when asked for a communal area, as we had WAY less than we should have for 26 2 bed flats. Yep, easy solution is ask for more bins As looks to me like the Dia De Los Deftones 2023 La Catrina Segments Shirt Also,I will get this bins keep being overfilled, don’t close, then foxes rip at the rubbish. I don’t see anything in the pic which suggests people are dumping the problem outside of the bins I 1000% guarantee nearly all of your neighbours will think you are a bit of an arse. I had this situation before too, but damned if insulting and patronising everyone is going to get you any results! Looks like foxes did it tbh, if there were bags left on the street it’d be due to lack of space in the bins. Sincerely doubt anyone is just throwing that lot on the floor for shits and giggles.
