Tried to get on a good path all by myself so that I could actually have a family someday and not end up in a ditch, and ended up crippled for a decade paying it all off working 80-90 hour work weeks on 4 hours of sleep/night. 511 more repliesSome asshole decided to jump from off of a stage and land on my head. I ended up with a traumatic brain injury and spinal damage. I have been unable to work for over 3.5 years I lost the Depeche Mode an English electronic music band 1980 T-Shirt Besides,I will do this full control of my right arm and right hand and have been in pain every single day since it happened. I would have made a killing financially if I had still been able to work since all of my coworkers were offered hazard pay, double time and bonuses. Not counting all of the double time, hazard pay, bonus and the raises I would have received, I have lost about 300k in wages. I had to cash out my 401k just to make ends meet. I had to have surgery on my eye (I lost some vision in one of my eyes where the guy hit me and it made my eyelid super droopy). I just recently had surgery on my spine (discectomy and fusion) and that alone cost somewhere between $200,000-250,000. I have also been in physical therapy this whole time.

I have no idea if I will be able to work again. Applying for disability is a fucking joke in the Depeche Mode an English electronic music band 1980 T-Shirt Besides,I will do this US. Every single aspect of my life has been ruined/ damaged just because some douchebag thought it would be fun to stage dive I don’t understand how these things happen and the victim is responsible for damages!! It’s so unfair and I know life isn’t supposed to be fair but doesn’t mean we can’t try. I’m so sorry you had to go thru that, the idiot or even the venue should’ve been responsible or atleast on the hook for some of it. I feel so bad, you didn’t deserve that at all. Had my family car (we bought it second hand with only 2 years on it), it had been in my family for almost 20years. I started a new job which required me to use a car due to no PT on my schedule. I was going really slow since i knew the street and how idiots drive on it, what i couldnt prevent, was a douche not stopping in a stop sign and just ram me on my right front. My car was totalled, his was fine. Had to buy a new car with whatever i could scrap since i was paying ubers and having to depend on my whiney sister. Was able to buy one that i wanted, but then i realized i was scammed, even tho it was a cars seller. The car had so many problems and so many km on it, i had to keep going back for them to fix stuff, i was spending so much money in a month and couldnt afford to pay those amounts in one month, i even told them what to fix and they never did. After 2 years i had to sell the damn car for a third of what i payed for. Which made me buy a new car on credit, its way better to pay a credit that doesnt blow your salary, than to be left in the middle of the street because your car broke down AGAIN.
