It’s not just the Danny Duncan Merch Hooters Racing Shirt besides I will buy this dishes, but it’s the rinsing the vegetables and all that crap, cutting them. When I’m hungry I’m hungry. Frozen veggies are your answer! 🙂 Chuck ’em right into to the pan or microwave, no cutting required, no washing. This is a cope by people who don’t want to eat healthy. Eggs, vegetables and plenty of fruits are cheap and filling. Even if you want to drink soda you can always choose died instead of sugar in a bottle. Live somewhere that imports all the veggies and fruits (pretty much). And eggs are getting expensive. Don’t assume that all people share your experience, or live where you are. A single egg can make a mediocre sandwich great and make it very filling. They may be somewhat expensive, but the extra $.75 – $1 is usually worth it. You just need to know how to use the ingredients. Additionally, one had to take into account prep time and perishability. It’s tricky when you’re working a full-time job on top of it all. I can tell you rn that in the uk where things are expensive as shit right now due to supermarkets artificially inflating prices that the stuff on the right is literally only slightly more expensive. I’d rather spend a little more for multiple meals than a fucking meal deal but you know I’m not a fucking idiot sooo The coke and chips alone would cost almost $6 at my 7/11. The whole “I can’t afford to be healthy” argument holds zero weight when you break down where your money is actually going.

In the Danny Duncan Merch Hooters Racing Shirt besides I will buy this UK, where the picture on the left seems to be taken, the sandwich, crisps, and coke bought together would cost under $4. Also, I’d say the left isn’t one meal either. That looks more like a breakfast and lunch for the average UK office worker. I can easily buy large quantities of vergetables for the price of a starbucks coffee. I can easily buy a lot of fruit for a starbucks coffee as well… The thing is, the photo on the left only shows one “meal” and the photo on the right shows more than a full days worth of meals. When you buy produce, you don’t eat it all in one sitting, it could last weeks. The cost per meal becomes significantly less. In my area the food on the left costs at least $10. The food on the right, if broken down to cost per meal, would definitely be way less than $10 per meal. If you can afford to eat the food on the left every day, then you can afford to spend $70 at the grocery store and meal prep for one week. You would still be spending $10 per day (if you wanted to, this is just an example). So I completely disagree with the notion that eating healthy is more expensive, I think most people are just unimaginative and choose to believe what they want.
