I’ve gotten one too many speeding tickets and I’m not going any faster Best day ever was when I was driving home on the highway late at night, and this guy would not get out of the left lane. We were the only 2 on the road for a while, until a cop pulled up, followed for about a mile, and then pulled the dude over. I was so happy, I actually yelled in delight!!! Same reason people will tailgate you at 85mph demanding that you make way for them: everyone feels like they “own” their little piece of the freeway and that they alone know the correct speed to drive. Anyone going slower than them is an asshole, and anyone going faster than them is a maniac.
